MOSS Building & Design transformed this Herndon, VA residence by creating a stunning screened-in porch addition that seamlessly extends the home's living space. The project involved demolishing the existing deck and constructing a new foundation with a 24-inch deep continuous concrete footing, CMU or poured concrete foundation walls, and a 4-inch concrete slab.
