The Result

The interior work included comprehensive insulation throughout, with R-15 batt insulation in the garage walls and R-38 batt insulation in both the garage and carport ceilings. Drywall installation and finishing was completed on the garage walls and ceiling, as well as the carport ceiling. Plumbing rough-in was installed for a future laundry room, with supply and drain lines extended into the existing home's crawlspace. The project also included removal of existing concrete stairs and necessary demolition work to prepare the site.
