Basement
Designed for effortless entertaining, this Herndon basement finishing strikes a confident balance between comfort and sophistication. Mohawk Natural Splendor I carpet in Stone Sculpture anchors the main living area with warmth and texture underfoot, while tile flooring at the exterior entry provides a durable, practical transition point. At the heart of the space, the custom wet bar is built around Kraftmaid Lyndale cabinetry in Dove White with full overlay doors — a clean, tailored look that keeps the palette fresh and inviting. MSI Stone's Fossil Gray countertops add quiet depth to the bar surface, pairing beautifully with the Sterling Springdale undermount bar sink and the streamlined Franke Ambient single-hole bar faucet. For function, the bar is fully outfitted with a Kalamera 15-inch built-in beverage cooler with 96-can capacity and a Frigidaire Gallery 1.7 cubic foot microwave with sensor cooking controls — everything needed to host with ease, all within reach.
