Birch Street, Basement Finishing

Materials & Finishes

Designed as a sophisticated anchor for the finished basement, the wet bar brings together rich materiality and refined detailing in equal measure. Custom Stonebridge cabinetry in the Dallas Shaker doorstyle sets the tone — a Full Overlay construction finished in Blackstone walnut that reads as both dramatic and deeply contemporary. Cold Spring granite countertops (ID: 2320 @ E-36) with a standard eased edge profile extend that sense of quiet luxury, fabricated for an undermount installation that keeps the surface clean and uninterrupted. At the sink, a PROFLO undermount single bowl stainless steel sink pairs with the Delta Trinsic single-handle pull-down bar faucet in stainless — a low-profile, high-function fixture with a 1.8 GPM flow rate that complements the bar's sleek aesthetic without competing with it. A Monogram Brass standard drain strainer adds a considered finishing note beneath the surface. Custom tile selections from the project's tile worksheet bring personalized character to the backsplash, completing a space where every material choice feels intentional.
