The Result

The project was built on a new concrete foundation with complete HVAC system installation including a dedicated zone with gas furnace and AC unit for the new space. Interior finishes included hardwood flooring throughout the master suite and closet, tile flooring in the laundry area, six-panel hollow core doors, and custom trim and paint to seamlessly blend with the existing home. Exterior enhancements featured vinyl siding, soffit and fascia matching the existing structure, and an 8' x 8' covered deck off the master suite constructed with Trex Enhance decking, white composite railing, and wrapped beam and support posts. The addition included ten new windows for natural light, a single exterior door with concrete landing for rear yard access, and a convenient laundry chute connecting the second floor to the first-floor laundry room.
