Baritone Court Bathroom Renovation

Materials & Finishes

Designed to bring a sense of refined calm to an everyday ritual, this Vienna master bathroom balances clean architectural lines with thoughtfully selected fixtures throughout. At the heart of the space, a custom tempered glass shower enclosure rises floor-to-ceiling, clad in porcelain tile with three integrated niches for a seamlessly built-in look. A Wedi waterproofing system runs throughout the shower, ensuring lasting performance beneath the surface. The double vanity — finished with quartz countertops — is outfitted with dual Kohler K-20000-0 undermount sinks, each paired with a coordinating Kohler faucet, while Kensington mirrors in a polished nickel finish anchor the wall above with quiet elegance. The shower system, also by Kohler (K-TLS22029-4-BN), is specified in brushed nickel and includes valve trim, a showerhead, and matching accessories — a cohesive suite that carries the metallic finish across the room. A Kohler K-6355-0 toilet with the K-4008-0 seat completes the fixture package. Underfoot, porcelain tile flooring transitions gracefully at the doorway with marble thresholds, while paint-grade baseboards and trim are coordinated with the home's existing millwork for a seamless connection to the rest of the house. A five-shelf paint-grade MDF linen closet and two solid-core, two-panel interior doors with Schlage or Kwikset hardware add practical storage and privacy, and a BZB110H exhaust fan keeps the space fresh — a finishing detail that ensures comfort matches the room's considered aesthetic.
