The single-story addition featured a complete crawlspace foundation with CMU walls, engineered structural framing with LVLs for seamless integration into the existing home, and pre-manufactured roof trusses topped with 25-year asphalt shingles and seamless aluminum gutters. The exterior was finished with vinyl siding, soffit, and fascia to blend with the existing home aesthetic, while six new Energy Star-rated vinyl windows with Low-E glass and argon gas—including a decorative stained glass transom unit in the guest room—provided natural light and energy efficiency.
