The Result

The construction included demolition of the existing front stoop and portions of the driveway, followed by installation of new structural foundations, footers, and framing systems. The team installed seven new construction windows, vinyl siding to match the existing home, and a complete roofing system with gutters and downspouts. Interior finishes included drywall, trim work, luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout the 169-square-foot space, and custom paint. Electrical work provided new switches, receptacles, recessed lighting, and an exterior coach light. HVAC conditioning was accomplished by extending ductwork from the adjacent existing system, and new exterior stairs to grade completed the functional access. All work was delivered with MOSS's signature three-year workmanship warranty.
