The renovation included a complete redesign of the primary bathroom, featuring a frameless glass-enclosed shower with custom tile work, dual vanities in Natural Teak finish, and coordinated matte black Delta faucets and fixtures. A new powder room was added, requiring jackhammering and patching of the cement floor to install new waste lines and plumbing points, finished with an Elegant Lighting Sommerville 24" vanity and brass-finished fixtures including Chew Magna gold sconces.
